Andre Lima Araújo

André Lima Araújo est un architecte portugais et créateur de bandes dessinées. Peu de temps après avoir obtenu son diplôme à l'Université de Minho, il a commencé sa carrière chez Marvel Comics, travaillant sur des titres tels que Fantastic Four, Avengers AI, Spider-Verse, Inhumans, Spidey et Black Panther, entre autres. Il a contribué des illustrations à un certain nombre de publications supplémentaires et, en parallèle, crée et développe ses propres projets de bandes dessinées, publiant Man Plus (Titan Comics) et Generation Gone (co-créé avec Ales Kot, Image Comics). Lorsqu'il ne travaille pas, André aime être avec sa famille, lire des livres d'histoire, conduire et jouer à des jeux vidéo. Il vit au Portugal avec sa femme et ses 3 filles.

André Lima Araújo is a Portuguese architect and comics creator. Soon after graduating in University of Minho he began his career at Marvel Comics, working on titles such as Fantastic Four, Avengers AI, Spider-Verse, Inhumans, Spidey and Black Panther, among many others. He has contributed illustrations to a number of additional publications and, in parallel, creates and develops his own comic projects, publishing Man Plus (Titan Comics) and Generation Gone (co-created with Ales Kot, Image Comics). 

More recently, he worked at DC Comics, where he begun working with Brian Michael Bendis on their brand new creation, Phenomena, an ambitious trilogy being published by Abrams Books (book 1 out now). With Rick Remender he developed A Righteous Thirst For Vengeance, a murder mystery published by Image Comics (vols. 1 and 2 out now).

When he isn’t working, André likes being with his family, reading history books, driving and playing videogames. He lives in Portugal with his wife and three daughters.
